🌅 Happy Monday 👋

At this time of year, it might be worth taking a leaf out of my puppy Ottie’s book.

She wakes up, runs around the garden, eat’s breakfast (very fast), goes for a walk, a training session, has a nap… then repeat…

It’s a nice reminder that not everything has to be complicated to be good.

In fact, most things are better if they’re simple and straightforward.

BUT…

…you have to do them - not just think about doing them.

So what is one simple thing that you can do this week to get started or make progress on that thing that has been worrying you for so long?
