🟢It's Not what you Know - it's what you DO...

At the start of this week, I spent two (very full) days with over 1,400 business owners at the National Entrepreneurs Convention in Birmingham.

Together with Michael, Rob and Paddy, our Cardens Stand gave us the opportunity and pleasure of meeting and having some great conversations with loads of really interesting, inspiring entrepreneurs.

🙏🙏Thank you if you were one of those people to visit our stand on Monday or Tuesday!

There were lots of really useful takeaways from the various speakers as well.

But I think the biggest one for me is the importance of IMPLEMENTATION.

It’s all very well knowing what you should do - but actually implementing it in your business or personal life - that is what gets results!

I know (really I do) just how hard this can be with all the demands on our time, especially when you are running a successful business.

And that is why business owners and entrepreneurs don’t always get around to sorting out their own personal financial planning.

There’s a great book written by Dan Sullivan called Who not How.

Dan says: "To achieve your biggest goals faster and with less effort, stop asking yourself how you’ll get there and instead find the right person who already has the expertise to make it happen."

I’d wager that the very best use of your time and attention is growing your business…
